And I oop is a phrase vsco girls say. It was originally created by a queen, but vsco girl took advantage.
A phrase VSCO girls use to express their humour or enthusiasm.
It is usually used in text messages, people don’t tend to write it out on paper as for as I know. It is used in sometimes random conversations or in a middle of a conversation.

This word doesn’t really need a definition, all anyone needs to know is that it’s another reason why today’s generation is completely and utterly fucked.
