GOC: Glen Oaks Crew.
This is a small gang in Greenbelt that hangs around the Glen Oaks Apartments. They mostly sit on the steps, drink, get high, and have sex. They are not known for too much violence even though a few shootings have occured in the area in the last few years.

Pete: Man, did you see the staff newsletter this month?
Thomas: Yeah, Christine really screwed it up again. I can't wait to sit down and GOC it. She's gonna look like an idiot when we show her all the mistakes she made. Who let her print that crap.
