A phrase used by young or baby dragons when they are in need of something. Also applies to the same rules as one of the 110th (or something like that) definition for meh that also has to do with dragons
Examples of needs:
- Food
- Drink
- A hug
- To go to Disneyland
- Permission to run around in circles as if the world was about to blow up in 3 hours, 42 minutes, and 27 seconds
Someone that doesn't care about anything at the moment and answers every question with the word Meh
Riza: Hey, how did I beat you outside?
Nutterz: Meh
Riza: that is the third time you have answered with meh stop being a Meh Meh
Indifference; to be used when one simply does not care.
A: What do you want for dinner?
B: Meh.
An expression of of indifference or of a judgment of mediocrity; a verbal shoulder shrug.

When you just don't care about the subject.
