A phrase used to describe a place or thing to be stuck in a certain year or era usually used to described old antiques or creepy pieces of old furniture.
“look how old that chair is it looks stuck in time”
Using inferior technology or being stuck in the past.
Buddy #1: "Did you see Jeffery? He's using a flip phone!"
Buddy #2: "That guy's stuck on caveman time."
