Refers to a person who says something over the top. Same as saying someone's crazy or stupid.

A command a person may make of another person who is tripping on drugs to get them to then take a long drag of a joint.

Person1: -sucks down an inch of a joint and continutes to trip-

calling someone stupid or idiotic

Person 1: I just told the principal that I'm going to fist his daughter.
