First love is someone whom you fall in love with for the first time. Crush & first love are the same but sometimes crush on someone a bit different, so don't confuse between them

Person 1: I"ll have to tell you something, that guy is my first love

Person 2: So, he loves you back?

Person 1: I asked him if he loves me back, then he said "Yes" and we are in love with each other *giggles*
