Bonus Hole.

A term originally coined by a Wimmins Cancer Charity in order to pander to the psychosis
of men who ponce about in dresses going "I'm a Laydee, I'm a Laydee".

Basically it is safe and inert alternative slang that can be used to call someone a Cunt.

"Tell that Bonus Hole if he doesn't belt up he'll get a slap."

"I was watching England last night .. those Bonus Holes couldn't score in a brothel."
