A Fred is a person who has the personality trait of Fred from Scooby Doo. This is a person rejects girls although they hang out with girls. Also, they could have blue hair, blue eyes and a person who laughs at their own jokes or doesn't listen to anyone else. This is the personality trait used in Scooby doo such as the series "Mystery incorporated". The "Fred" boy could also be a single child or a "mummy's boy" which is also seen in the "Mystery incorporated" series, Scooby doo.
