To murder someone by forcefully inserting a pencil into their forehead.
Originated from the 2008 film "The Dark Knight" where the film's villain, the Joker killed a gang member via this method.

"We're going to crack down on them and make some pencils disappear."
"We're making a pencil disappear tonight!"
