The name parents give to their son when they want to name him Elliot but feel that there aren’t enough letters in the world to go around.

Dad: I want to name our son Elliot but I think we can save some letters.

Mom: I was thinking that as well, sometimes there just aren’t enough to go around. So let’s name him Eliot.
