Goat head.It's a local delicacy of the Ibos(Eastern Nigeria) prepared by spicing and steaming goat head.It is usually eaten with palm wine(Mmaya ngwo) to step it down.

A man walks into a local restaurant sits down and calls out to the waiter ''Madam, wetaram efere Isi Ewu''.Meaning,Madam bring me a plate of Isi Ewu.
