high on oxygen

when u get high without actually smoking summing. The state i just happen to be in all the time. Also called haaapyyy (spoken in true chipmunk style)

person 1: oi was wrong wif u, u is high and we havent smoked since yesterday!!
person 2: i dunno ngeeheeeghihi i must be high on oxygen. ure head looks like a pumpkin
