Mostly used to cheer someone on in a fight. For example in an MMA Fight. Is also commonly used as an inside joke.

"Grab his dick and twist it, you twist that dick! Twist his dick! Good O'l Dick Twist!" - A guy in the crowd cheering for a fighter at an MMA fight.
