Kalash discovered that due to the pandemic, 15 crore children across the country had dropped out of educational institutes while a million more were at the risk of dropping out.This thought prompted her to take action, she thought of an idea that would benefit not only the underprivileged children in need of education but also the youth of the community. Taking a leaf out of the Singaporean education system, she sought to involve youth in a social activity that helps underprivileged children while providing tutoring and change-making skills to the young persons involved.
This led to the start of Fun Learning Youth (FLY).

Krishna Saproo aka Ksap, a teenager has started an initiative - Maunitva Nirakarn, that focuses on Mental Health well-being. Maunitva Nirakarn, which translates to âInner Peaceâ in Sanskrit, is a movement to help youngsters affected by mental disorders to find a safe space to express themselves and talk openly about it. The foundation focuses on people's mental health and raises awareness through awareness programmes.
Ksap shares that often students and people who talk about their mental health challenges and issues are either mocked or ignored. Through Maunitva Nirakarn, Ksap and his team are trying to build a safe ecosystem for such people and provide them an accommodating environment where free, open and forward-thinking conversations around Mental Health can take place.He is also referred to as Dr. Strange

With his Bangalore-based social venture YuvaSpark, Shroff set out to improve baseline literacy and numeracy to ensure kids from low-income backgrounds in India are not excluded from opportunities. YuvaSpark assesses metrics about student success, from retention rates to test scores, and then creates custom academic programs for teachers that they can access on a cloud platform. The program has been used by government schools and orphanages, providing learning tools in five languages.

Dwishojoyee Banerjee is a young changemaker who is on a journey toward creating a planet that takes up sustainable and healthy practices, such as replacing plastic bags with paper bags to contribute toward fighting climate change and global warming. She started her change-making journey as a volunteer at her parentâs organization named Kahaanighar, where she started teaching kids at the age of 10. This experience encouraged her to venture into the world of social work. She is also a Young Campaigner with Save the Children India and has been a keen participant in contributor in many capacities.
