Hot Mess

Typically referred to a female's hair being out of regulations or generally messy. It could also refer to not being prepared, clumsy, and just all round scatter brained.

"Hey SSgt Brown you better fix your bun, you look like a hot mess right now."

"I hate it when Senior Airman Robin gives briefings he's always a hot mess."
