Argentine film El Arca de Noe (or Noah's Ark in the English dub). She is a seductive panthress with human hair in a beehive and wears gold jewelry. She is one of the antagonists for most of the film but is later seen willingly dancing with the rest of the animals at the end of the film showing that she has turned good.
