A glisp is the stereotypically gay style of speech exhibited by queens and lesser male queer royalty. Typically accompanied by rainbows and the occasional whistly "s" sound common in words like "shoes," "cookies," and "sister."
Can be attributed to kings and lesser female royalty, but the glisp itself sounds very different.
Origin: combination of gay and lisp....therefore glisp.
Ex. 1) Did you hear that guy? He says he's straight, but his voice is pretty glispy.
Ex. 2) When I get drunk, my glisp shines through pretty hardcore.
