In the manner of dogging, sailors of seafaring vessels congregate in a designated spot on the ocean to watch couples fornicating on deck. Said in the manner of a pirate, therefore "Sea dawging".

"What were you up to on the weekend, Dave?" "Well, me and the wife went off for a bit of sea dogging." "Nice."
