The ruling elite in World of Warcraft. This council seats nine members and holds to power to perma-ban any player for any reason. They follow the strict Terms of Use, but also the unspoken rules. The council controls the admins and sees all.

The council votes on a majority. Play by the rules, the council rarely shows mercy.

Destruction of one's lungs when braught to a low pressure from a high pressure with in seconds. This can be performed in a hyperbaric chamber by urgently venting the oxygen in the chamber. Maximum effect occurs when the person's airway is closed.
