Shotty

The hole, in a bong, that you put your finger over whilst you’re inhaling marijuana. You release the shotty once you’ve smoked all the marijuana in the cone piece and then you inhale the smoke in the bong. ~From Australia~

To add the shotty on to your very own bong, stab the ice break with scissors right above where the garden hose protrudes.
