Ballzach

It's when you have ball sack tendencies, for instance if someone acts like a scrotum (i.e. is rude, mean or irritable), they are known as a "Ballzach"

"Hey did you hear what Clayton said to Chad earlier?"
"Yeah I know what a complete ballzach"
