Octagon Head

An Octagon Head is when a person head refers to the shape of an octagon. When a person is refereed to as an "Octagon Head" they may use certain vocabulary as "Swows." , "Shish." and "Yoy."

"Hey have you seen any Octagon Heads around here?"
"Nah, I can only see some fufing swows around these parts"
