Cleofus

Cleofus is a character from the 2004 comedy/satire film “C.S.A: Confederate States of America”.

Cleofus is a retarded black man. The term is used to describe a person of color (particularly African American) that likes white people because they are either stupid, brainwashed, or full on handicapped.
