When you have a tampon in and you’re doing an activity that requires intense physical exertion of the body, specifically from the abdomen and/or legs, that makes it feel like your tampon is going to shoot out like a rocket.

Dude I can’t go to the gym today, I’m gonna totally blow out a tamp rocket.
