2. A really attractive female who has low self-esteem and confidence in herself, even though she is a really nice and genuine person.

1.) "Dude, did you see that girl?!"
"Yeah, but don't bother trying to get with her she's such a Marilyn - she's seeing that Brody guy."

2.) "Why does she have to be so down about herself? She looks great!"
"Yeah, I think she might have Marilyn Monroe Syndrome she doesn't see all the nice things about herself that we see."
