When you try to administer a Dirty Sanchez to someone and shart instead of fart into your hand. You then wipe the shart across their upper lip in lieu of mustache.

Last night I was in bed with my girlfriend. I was feeling playful but my stomach was upset and I ended up giving her a Dirty Sanshart.
