A dutch saying for people who are badass to the bone, they kiss a girl when they go out and dump her just seconds later.

It is known as an extreme of swag and the yolo-way of life.
Literal translation: kiss and dump

Barry: "You pulled any girls tonight?"
Harry: "Yeah man, but you know the motto: zoenen en dumpen."
