A Pajama Party is a party where there are no drugs, hoes or hard alcohol involved. These kinds of parties usually consist of pussy mixer drinks and really gay, lame as hell card games that only fags would enjoy. Usually the parties are full of underage teens with maybe a scattering of adults that just cant seem to leave their teen years behind.
As the junkies wobbled down the street they spotted what they thought was a rockin party, so they headed on over to the front door of the party house only to be confronted by a bunch of lame, geeky teens grasping their homosexual mixer drinks.
Junkies: 'Yo wheres the REAL alcohol'
Homos: 'OMFG r u serious?!?!?!'
Junkies: 'ok well how bout some weed or sumthin?'
Homos: 'OMFG r u serious?!?!?!?!'
Junkies: 'fuck it lets go, these fags are havin a pajama party'

The definition is simple. It applies to a person that looks both male and female, in other words u cant tell which they are. It most commonly occurs when someone is wearing clothing that would be suitable for both males and females, but it is not restricted to this.
Troy went out to collect his mail from the post box, only to have something out of the ordinary happen. A person of unknown gender strolled past, whistling a happy tune. Troy stood dumb-founded. This is an example of gender ambiguity.

Mixer drinks are a mix of spirits with soft drinks, most commonly lemonade. These drinks are extremely easy to consume due to the soft drink content and there for are a typical starting drink for underage teens. They are also extremely pussy drinks and are quite popular with the ladies and the fags.
Lance and his friends headed into the nightclub looking forward to a good night of partying until they noticed that something was terribly wrong, all the guys were consuming mixer drinks. Clearly they were in a gay nightclub.
