When two males, one who is uncircumcised, go pole-to-pole (head to head) and the uncircumcised guy pulls his foreskin over the head of the other guy's head.

My friend said his head was cold so I provided him with a custom, all-natural turtleneck. The next thing I knew, we were turtlenecking.
