Someone who is stupid or unintelligent. Between fiends it can also be used the same way dude or pussy is, as a casual way to refer to someone while also teasing them.

Example when cut off in traffic: "You fucking coyo whered you learn to drive?"

Example between friends: "You're such a dumb bunch of coyos lol"
