FUL DE SAC

Deriving from the french word 'cul de sac', meaning a dead end road of houses usually ending in a T shape. Ful de sac is the occasion by which the male genitalia, to be more precise the scrotal sack or 'sac' becomes folded beneath the bearer's leg.
