Normally seen in social media, specifically in Vegan and Vegetarian forums. This action is presumed to be a result of a deficiency in B12 and/or a poor mental state associated with veganism.

Commonly seen among the anti-vaccine, vegan, conspiracy and UFO abduction groups, sadlerdung can be easily spotted by the fact that all data seems to contradict the claim.
