The word is used to describe crypto investors who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.

It can also be used as another name for a pleb or bk Randy.

John: Dude you’re fine. Quit being a nargle!

Example 2:

Jim: Did you see Adam at that party last night, he was out of control.

Tim: Yeah I saw. Everyone was. It was a total narg fest.
