Someone who constantly talks about his race because he has nothing else to talk about. As well as this he is constantly denied when asking someone to do something and always backs out of plans at the last moment.

Taaseen: Want to play videogames tomorrow?
Friend 1: Nah sorry.
Friend 2: I will.

The next day-
Friend 2: You up for still playing videogames?
Taaseen: No I am learning Arabic.
