The residue left on the toilet seat and/or hands after violently urinating with little or no control of appendages. Usually applies to males.

Guy 1: Don’t go into that bathroom, dude.
Guy 2: Why?
Guy 1: Someone left all of their pee pee sauce all over the toilet seat.
Guy 2: Gross.

Similar to “shooting in the dark” or “shooting from the hip”. When you guess at a particular subject with about as much accuracy as you would have using your penis.

Guy 2: About $5,000.00
Guy 1: Are you sure?
