Comes from the word "arousal." An action that gives someone pleasure tingles that are nonsexual in nature. Can be a nonsexual kink/fetish. Listening to ASMR audio, whispering, tickling, fictional torture, etc. are examples of roozies.

I have a voice roozy and his voice hits it just right.
