A shark coochie board is a popular social media hyped assortment of themed food items artfully arranged on a board you've been saving for a project for a while. Derived from 15th century French "charcuterie".

We had a shark coochie board potluck party where everyone brought a themed board: sushi board, assorted fries board, cold cuts and cheese board, exotic fruits board, boiled crustaceans board, dessert board etc. SO YUM!!
