One who types in all caps in forum posts, chats, text messages, or emails, essentially yelling at whomever is on the receiving end.

Todd: "WHERE DID YOU GO?"
Bill: I'm in the bathroom
Todd: IM WAITING
Bill: Stop yelling you cyberbitch
