Joey

A girl/boy that always gets on your nerves without any empathy for what you are going through. She/he is usually bi-sexual and wears the weirdest clothes. She is just an all around jerk friends who is not caring one bit and will often hit you. Very stubborn.

I can never for her, she pulled a Joey on me.
