A celebratory gesture performed by two persons briefly, yet forcefully colliding their hands in mid-air when they come to the realization that Texas, and all things related to it, is awesome in a way that the lesser peoples of the world can never understand.
Note: The word must also be said when the action is being performed.

M: This Dr Pepper is awesome! It was also created in Texas!
F: Oh yeah! *Texas Five*
