Verb:
The act of estimating how zesty your fart will be while it's on it's way out of your asshole (anus).

Evan's brow furrowed as he zestimated the piping hot fart that was about to be pushed out of his anus, taking careful consideration of what he ate the night prior.

"Zestimate deemed critical! Disperse! Disperse! BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP!!!"
