COPPA stands for:

-Thinks all kids are stupid
-Loves karen parents
-Thinking all strangers will kidnap a child (In reality, they are just friends for children who lost contact with they're classmates.)
-Never appreciates work
-Lazy

COPPA sucks, COPPA can just die. and please, COPPA.
