greenbird

Most commonly used at restaurants: codeword for uncooked chicken that is either going bad, or is already decaying. It will often have a greenish tint and smell of dirty socks.

Bill: "We've got a bad case of greenbird in here, Boss."
Boss: "Well, we better sell it quickly then."

bumrot

The result in a long day of swimming in a lake, river or ocean. The bum will be sore from being water logged and chafed by sand and/or rocks. It feels as if your bum is about to literally rot off.

Jim: "Oh dear, I've caught a rather mild case of bumrot."
