Candycasa

"Home Sweet Home."

Candy/sugar highs or lows (the blues) can strike at home, anytime.

Nonetheless, as the cliche goes, "There's no place like home." Sometimes its' sweet, and sometimes being at home gives you the blues ... like sugar can be sweet or not - and make you crash.

Still, home is "As Good As it Gets." We can be our best, or our worst. And get the best, or worst, treatment too ...

Home again, home again, jiggedy jig ... to my Candycasa.

freak

One very committed to a lifestyle of muscular development.

A bodybuilder, weightlifter, powerlifter, or other individual who commits to a cycle of weight lifting, strict dietary regulation, and recovery - in the attempt of extreme "fitness," or at least maximum muscular size and symmetry.

A steroid-using individual.

A gym rat.

A guy (or gal) who juices ... or uses steroids, growth hormone, or any other combination of testosterone boosters and supplements, herbals, and other chemical derivatives to develop maximum physique.

Did you see the massive guns on that freak?

Park City Sun Dance

Doing the Park City Sun Dance or "the dance" is simply the dance the locals do around the Park City Utah Sundance Film Festival. In 2015 it will be held Jan. 22-Feb. 1st. Locals steer clear of Main St. and downtown Park City, unless they want to people watch or join in the fun of fighting to get a seat at a top restaurant in town, look for celebrities on opening weekend, or watch a few independent films.

One local talking to another local in Park City, Utah before The Fest. Ready for the ole Park City Sun Dance this year? I need to get a parking pass for Silver Mountain gym for Sundance or my car might be towed. Are you going to do the Dance on Main St.? Might see some out of towners in fur, or people out trying to spot a celebrity, but for sure you'll see the "people in black," who are in the industry. If I wear all black they'll assume I'm just one of them if I borrow your credentials to go to a few concerts at Sundance. If you walk up Main St., don't look too dressed up or hot, or someone will think you might be famous and try to take your picture with their smartphone.

Guvernator

Arnold Schwarznegger.

A combo of his acting role as "The Terminator" and his present role as Governor of California.

May have been an affectionate way of referring to his superstar status as both a bodybuilder and a machismo actor - and also an elected politician.

"The Guvernator has made reference to his line in the movie, 'I'll be back!' "

trapped emotion

A trapped emotion is an emotion felt but not fully processed. Hence, it becomes a stuck emotion, trapped energy that was either ignored, "stuffed," or otherwise not felt to fruition to fully feel the length and breadth of whatever we personally needed to experience. We may have purposely ignored the pain of the emotion of shame to not feel deep pain and hurt. Consequently, our body "held" onto that energy and it became a hindrance to us.

Using an energy healer, I was able to get release from some trapped emotions I experienced in childhood, but never fully processed, hence never consciously allowed them to release from my energy field.
