A person who acts creepy not because he/she is, but because he/she is trying to get someone upset or to see their reaction. Also can be done just for funsies.

Used when someone you know does something stupid and/or is wrong. Such as epically failing.

Devon: You were wide open!! Why didn't you shoot the basketball?
Destiny: I didn't think i could get the shot off.
Devon: ...Dammit Destiny

Person 2: We have a basketball game today.
Person 1: I LEFT MY LEBRON JAMES SHADES AT HOME!!
