Switch

A game played between two people.
Begin by placing the right thumb into your mouth.
Then, place your left thumb into your rectum.

The other person well then utter the phrase “switch”. At this point, switch the locations of your thumbs.

“Johnny lasted 10 rounds in switch last night.”
