Smoke a Blunt

A blunt is a cheap, drug-store purchased cigar. Phillie's Blunts brand is commonly used for the purpose of smoking marijuana: The tobacco inside of the blunt is emptied out, and the remaining rolled up paper is refilled with marijuana. The marijuana-filled blunt is then smoked.
