Kentucky plug

A sexual act where during sex, usually on a table top, where the giving partner blows their load inside the other. Then, they use their thumb to promptly jam into the hole, to keep the fluid from leaking out, until medical services arrive.

Matt: "How'd the date go last night?"

Brandon: "She was a freak, she blew up on me so I had to give her the Kentucky Plug."
