gatekeeper

A gatekeeper is a distinctly solid turd at the beginning of a pooing session, which immediately precludes a bout of explosive diarrhea. So named for the fact that this solid turd holds back the gates of ass vomit.

John: "Dude, I thought I was constipated last night, but it turns out it was just a gatekeeper and I think I broke my toilet."
Nathan: "That's what you get for drinking all that malt liquor!"
