A codeword for a straight man who enjoys being pegged. Derived from “Friend of Dorothy:” an old term to describe gay men.

Tucker: “Did you hear about Ben?”
Mike: “No, what about him?”
Tucker: “Me and his wife were talking last night, and I hear he’s a ‘Friend of Peggy’”
Mike: *looks around nervously* “Well what’s wrong with that? Haha.”
